Shipping

For items that are in stock, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, GLS or private secure couriers with tracking and  signature. For "Made To Order" (MTO) orders we need 10 working days to produce the parts and ship it.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight or destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Usual time to deliver the order to your order is 10 days though in busier periods of time we may need more time. Because majority our body parts and panels are made to order, we need up to 15 working days to deliver your order within Europe. We need this time to produce, properly cure and ship your order. As soon as we ship your order we will update tracking information for you. 
We ship worldwide, though sometimes we need to determine proper shipping costs manually. This may take up to 48h. Before purchase please contact us about shipping charges to your country.
We ship our products only with well known courier companies like DHL, UPS, GLS or Raben Logistics. Small items will be shipped by national post registered services.

Delivery

Once package is picked up by courier and on the way to your address we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. If the package does not seem to be damaged, but after opening, it turns out that the goods are in fact damaged, Courier Company needs to be contacted immediately in order to fill in a proper protocol. You should also inform the seller about such incident. The best solution is to open a package in the presence of a courier after you sign delivery docket. If any damages are present, the courier is a witness and he fils in a protocol. This is also the best solution when you see that the packaging is damaged upon delivery. If you can`t open the package in courier`s presence please mark it on delivery docket as UNCHECKED.
