Although we do our best to deliver perfect fitting parts, pack them well and secure, describe them accurately in our online offer and deliver as quick as possible, sometimes it can happen that something goes wrong... you may also change your mind after the part is delivered... We understand that and we`ll try to make this unfortunate process as smooth and quick as possible.
Please read the following carefully if any Return & Exchange issues arise:
PLEASE REMEMBER - Parts must be in their original/brand new and never used condition to be approved as returns. We will not be able to accept any return if part you received has been modified in any way from its original condition. That part will be considered as used and non refundable.
It is allowed to test-fit the part on your car to assess fitment and quality.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW OUT PACKAGING. It must be photographed along with damaged content.
We must be notified within 3 days of the date of delivery, please email us and describe damages to the item, and packaging materials as well. We will also ask to provide pictures to help expedite the claim process and explain the return process for items damaged during shipping.
PLEASE ALLOW 7 DAYS BUFFER PERIOD SINCE THE DATE OF EXPECTED DELIVERY.
We must be notified after 7 days of expected delivery date. It is buyer responsibility to track packages and ensure safe arrival. If tracking information show the package has been delivered but buyer claims he had not received it, we will contact shipping company and wait for investigation. If buyer provided incorrect address, we will try to contact carrier but cannot guarantee the address would be changed before delivery.
Customer received wrong product:
We must be notified within 5 days of the date of delivery. Please compare the item to the pictures we provide in product description to see if product looks the same or try it on your car. If it happens to be a different product, please contact us either by phone or by email. For confirmation we may ask you to provide photographs of the item you received. We will send you return instructions and replace the products free of charge.
We are very sorry but if package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-receipt, buyer is responsible for shipping charges that may arise to re-deliver the package.
Defects and Fitments issues:
We must be notified within 30 days of the date of delivery. Due to hand made, custom nature of FRP and carbon fiber parts we recommend all parts are tried and fitted at professional garage/bodyshop. If you encounter problems with fitting please contact us for instruction as small adjustments and sanding is normal for FRP parts to fit perfectly. We may ask to provide pictures to show issues.
If indeed parts have factory defects and quality issues we will offer replacement free of charge or full refund.
Storage of your parts:
After delivery please store your parts in warm, dry conditions. DO NOT stack or squeeze parts and keep them in natural shape to avoid distortions.
We will not be able to accept any returns with quality issues after 30 days of the date of delivery due to the uncertainity of storage conditions. Parts that are fitted on the car will never distort due to weather conditions.
